Taking on the Future with Sustainable Jewelry
GSTV’s Commitment to Sustainable Manufacturing in Collaboration with Kofu City, Yamanashi
GSTV is working towards a sustainable manufacturing future for the jewelry industry by collaborating with the Environmental Division of Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture. By partnering with local businesses, GSTV aims to manufacture jewelry while minimizing environmental impact, contributing to a sustainable society. At the core of this initiative is the innovative concept of STGS (Sustainable Technology for Green Solutions), which leverages cutting-edge technology to maintain the beauty and quality of jewelry while reducing environmental impact.
The Challenge of Carbon-Neutral Jewelry
Approximately six years ago, GSTV introduced hydrogen burners to promote domestic production using clean energy.
At the Kofu City Hydrogen Festival held on February 25, 2025, a jewelry-making workshop using resin was hosted as part of an project report conference. This initiative is not only an environmental measure but also a significant step towards shaping the future of the jewelry industry and creating a legacy for the next generation.
